Jennifer Kossler Haouari and Amar Haouari + team, have led the project from total core and shell building design inception through it’s now final stages of interior construction build out. The stately building facade design of stone and divided lite steel windows reflects a new modern industrial style which marks the beginning of an urban renewal process for this neighborhood in Brooklyn. It has been a labor of love by the architects to design buildings that enhance the community with exterior lighting features, scale, and proportion appropriate to the neighborhood and sensitive to the pedestrian community. Atelier JK Architects and Interiors designed the interiors with an open office layout mixed with private offices, with custom lighting design and state of the art amenities and finishes.
